The first couple of times I came here my nails were pretty good. I went today for a gel fill and I don’t know if the nail tech I had was having a bad day or not feeling well or what, but my nails are looking rough. The nails themselves are uneven, the polish and top coat is lumpy, there are random chunks of gel, my old color is showing through in spots, and the design is poorly done. This is after I continuously asked her to fix these things. I am very disappointed.

Went in on Sunday for a last minute apt. She did a wonderful job & listened to exactly what I wanted. I’ve never been so happy with a set before. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for great nail techs. I’ve been serviced by every nail tech there and they’ve never disappointed me! Friendly people, great service, amazing nail art. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityGenuinely embarrassing experience. I made an appointment for a manicure and gel polish 5:30. Arrived a few minutes early and waited 40-50 minutes to be seated, which in itself is fine, but a group that also had a 5:30 appt came in 20 minutes late and were seen before me.When I actually sat down, the tech almost started cutting them, and then told me he didn’t know how to shape real nails… That I should file them myself at home. Are you serious? I have long nails and asked for stiletto/pointy, so it wasn’t a difficult or complicated request? I’m still baffled. I’ve never even thought to consider a nail salon wouldn’t know how to file non-acrylics.So all in all I wasted about an hour to literally be told I’d be better off filing them myself. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI just moved to the area and I went here for a pedi. They got me in fast as hell I didn’t have to wait and the guy (didn’t get his name) did a hell of a job on my feet!! I swear this was hands down the best pedicure I have ever had. My feet feel so soft and I almost passed out from my massage lol. 5 stars for me! :)Service: Pedicure
