I called on a Wednesday to book an appointment for friday but Charlette was booked up for over a week. However, she managed to squeeze me in the next morning. When I arrived the staff was friendly, safe, and professional. The shop was decorated modern and elegant. I loved my hair and the care she took with my hair.
