The young lady burned nails multiple times with the dremel tool once so much that I yanked my hand out of hers. My nails are built up much thicker and the tips which gives them a slope look. Edges are jagged and some nails are smaller than my nails are.Also you can see every single tip line on my nails. Do not recommend!! Dip powder

Went in to get my nails done as a Christmas gift and the man that did my nails cut me numerous times with the drill and file as well as the nails were not completely filled and they are crooked I was told the man that he hurt me no more times and he just claimed it was hangnails and that they were not crooked or anything wrong with them I told them I would not pay and he said I had to because he did the service. I will never go back again.

Went in just for a polish change to try them out and won’t be back. I had to ask for her to file my nails down, no dividers in between toes which meant I had to sit and let them dry. I was asked twice if i wanted a pedi or manicure, if you can’t do a polish change the correct way I’m not spending more $. Will not be back.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!! They are extremely unprofessional and not experienced. After two days of having gel manicure the nails are chipping and breaking and they won’t give money back. Seriously DONT DO IT Manicure, Pedicure

I’ll never use this place again! I picked out a blue dip color that came out black! So that was already a terrible, well then they went to cover it up with shellac and didnt do all around the edges so you see the other color all around (LOOKS TERRIBLE) Then never did the tips of my nails do that looks awful and I havent even had them done a week (something that should last 4 weeks) everything is chipping off. I’m so upset with the money I spent and they couldnt even correct my nails the right way by taking it all off and instead did a quick cover over to get me out of the salon. Worst experience I’ve ever had at any nail salon. I’ve already been asked by many people “what happened” they have never seen such terrible work before.
