I’ve been coming here regularly for two years and have always had an excellent experience. I’ve had regular and gel pedicures, powder gel and regular gel manicures and tips. Karen is wonderful and Helen does an amazing job too!

It’s really good experience here. I asked them for the color and they helped me to try several colors on. The nail is really good it’s only about 40 dollars without tip. If this nails can last 3 weeks or longer, I will definitely coming back!

Been going here a while, loved it until recently they rushed it so much, they said yes to so many appointments and walk ins and literally in 2 days my gel nails are peeling off. She really rushed my pedi and Gel mani, and she’s one of the main ones so super disappointed. Don’t think I’ll be coming back ever unless it’s an emergency… sad I really liked them. But I paid $100 for services with tip and legit need a new gel mani 3 days later.

I never had a time like this that really makes me want to give a zero star rating. I went in to just get the removal, the nail tech was in a hurry and I get my little finger’s cuticle cut and it was bleeding a little bit, I told her it was hurt but she looked like it wasn’t caused by her. Then I have spent nearly 40 minutes putting my fingers in the acetone and waiting for someone come to help me finish the removal (I can’t even put my little finger in the acetone bc the cut burns like crazy). They charged me for $20 plus tips. Very rude, careless service. Don’t waste your time and money here, just find somewhere else.

The main lady is extremely mean and rude to costumers and to the workers. She literally yelled at me for nothing. I asked her to charge my credit card $10 more so those $10 could go to the girl who did my nails as a tip. Never go to this place. I was going to Florida and needed a gel manicure in addition one of my nails had craked all the way near the bed of the nail. The owner was very helpful, she said she would mend it. She did the powder and it looked fantastic in addition I am in Florida and the nails have held very well. They still look marvelous. My cousing also got a gel manicure and the Spanish girl who did it was very good and patience with her. Bottom line. Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityIt makes sense why this place has such a low rating. I went in to for just a removal. The woman was rude- she yelled at me because I disagreed with her and refused to listen to what I needed/wanted. Communication was beyond a joke of being capable. I simply had to say no that is fine I will go elsewhere and left. I honestly believe thry may be prejudice because of this womab being very sharp, short and rude to me. Even though I came in for a service and to provide money. But that wasn’t respected. I was talked down to and made to feel like a burden.
