Critical: ProfessionalismI had an appointment at 12:45p for a gel manicure. Made the appointment 2 days prior. I was greeted, then seated, and there I sat for a half hour. Four people came in after me and sat down and had their manicures and pedicures started. I got up and asked the woman who checked me in if I had been forgotten (no one had said anything at this point). She said no that the girl was running behind. I sat another 20 minutes. Got up again she said she apologized for the girl. All the woman that sat me down and checked me in said was she understood if I didn’t want to wait ( this was at 2 pm). I left. I can’t believe that a business could be run like this. To make you wait so long without saying anything all these people are coming in and being helped and I’m sitting there waiting and waiting and waiting for nothing. I can tell you that I would never come here again. What good is making an appointment if they don’t even honor their times. I had an appointment at 12:45p for a gel manicure. Made the appointment 2 days prior. I was greeted, then seated, and there I sat for a half hour. Four people came in after me and sat down and had their manicures and pedicures started.
