I have never had a more uncaring experience at any type of doctor. I had an appointment in April. Pharmacy notified me the script needed to be pre-authorized. I called the office FIVE times to get the medicine to help me. Oh BTW it’s now August. I was told it was called in. The pharmacy tried to help me and called my health insurance company to find out they had no record of anyone calling to pre-authorized it. The pharmacy called the doctors office to resolve my issue. The last call I made to the drs office I was told they well call me back today of tomorrow. That was FIVE days ago. Maybe the number 5 was a trigger for me to comment. Neither myself or pharmacy has received a response from the doctors office. They took my copay but received no help, except seeing the doctor
