Office is disgustingly filthy!! Staff completely unprofessional. I had to ask Stephanie Marano to do a scalp check on both of my children!! She shouldn’t be practicing!! Maybe all that botox has gone to her brain. She looked like she was strung out on something during the exam. Even my children were mortified given it was their first derm appt ever. And then months after I receive an almost $400 invoice for services bc they never submitted to my insurance!! If I could give this office a zero rating I would. My husband is an RN and this is absolutely appalling that this place is in business.

appointment was supposed to be at 10:30. i wasn’t seen until 11:37. and yes, i was on time. 3 minutes early to be exact. when i was finally seen, i spent a total of 4 minutes with the dermatologist and i feel like she was half listening to me the whole time. barely asked any questions. i don’t recommend this place. no apology when i asked what the update is with wait time because it’s going to make me late for work.

I feel not enough time was spent with the nurse practioner. Same as last year. Not sure how they do a body scan. No special equipment used just did it by eye. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

I made an appointment for a full body scan. The staff was friendly. The nurse was in street clothes however, that should have been a red flag.

I had a great experience when I went to the office for a check up. I was in and out quickly and everyone was very nice. When I got the bill they charged me for a phone call to tell me my biopsy was negative. They coded it as a tele-health phone call which it wasn’t. According to my insurance they should only be using that code if there is audio and video, like a virtual office visit, which this obviously wasn’t. When I called the billing department I was told that is their policy. I would have liked to have the option to not receive a phone call if everything checks out ok. This changed my copay from $25-$35 for no reason. Unacceptable.
