She is excellent. When I tell you I have been to 3 different people prior to her and I’ve never been so happy to have found someone this good. She makes me feel comfortable, less anxious, and she listensssss(the most important thing to me). I’ve had experiences where I would feel down thinking I was never going to see results but she’s always there to uplift me and give me a positive word. She also knows what she’s doing!!!! Veryyy important!!! You can tell because you don’t feel the hair coming out which is the correct way to do electrolysis. You shouldn’t feel like your hair is being plucked and let me tell you I’ve had that experience before. Her prices are just right, she is also clean. She is so worth my drive from NY.

Love it! I called to make my appointment a week ago and Gail was very pleasant and explain the procedure on the phone. When I arrived for my appointment she was ready for me and asked me to fill out a form which took me about 5 minutes.
