Emma and Andy run an awesome business. Emma is amazing at nails and nail designs! I’ve been coming here for 3 years now and she’s been able to do any picture or idea I bring with me. I was looking for a nail tech that could do really cute designs, nails last long (5 to 6 weeks) and not too pricey, I was able to get 2/3. Scrolled through Instagram and came across this page. Luckily I was able to get an appointment the same day with Emma. The salon is spacious and clean. Emma was friendly and knows exactly what she’s doing! She executed the design I wanted to the T and I am completely satisfied. 5 weeks later I am just looking to get a fill-in only because it’s my birthday.

I want to say I read a few reviews, wish I’d had the experience they did. I waited a little over a week to write this review. It’s been a while since I treated myself and I wish I had waited a little longer. I was celebrating my birthday. I went in and was given a menu to browse for my pedicure I saw the prices that were very high but thought this is my birthday present let’s go all out. So I got a pedicure that had a 25 minute massage. The massage was less then 7 minutes and the experience cost me $89. So I moved on to the owner where I’d get my nails done. I asked for tips and she proceeded to prepare me for a nail technician is what she told me. Nope witching 10 minutes she had placed an acrylic overlay and I was done to wait for her husband to file me down and send me on my way. It was an assembly line experience. I thought I’d get offered wine or something for my celebration but nothing. I did tell the husband of the owner this is not what I’d asked for and he said he didn’t know. My first experience is my last but if you don’t mind getting whatever they give you feel free to head on over. After paying $165 plus tip, I’d say my expectations weren’t even close to met. Disappointing to say the least. The nails are not horrible the pedicure that is supposed to be gel started lifting after 4 days and the cuticles were not cut or trimmed.As I said not horrible mediocre at best for a ridiculously high price. And very little conversation with the staff. I think my needs since I paid almost $200 should be met.

Went yesterday for dip and a pedicure. Pedicure was great, dip was horrible. First place I’ve been to where my nails were not soaked off after filing. She filed down to my nails and damaged the top layer (I could see little dips in my actual mail and it felt like my nails were burning as she was drilling. I asked about soaking and she proceeded to file. She also could not properly shape my nails with the dipping powder. When she was done I had to ask her if she was going to shave them down more, and I told her I hated them because of how thick. Her excuse was “because it’s dipping powder and not gel polish”. I informed her I’ve been dipping for years, and if she couldn’t shape them properly to remove them and do gel polish. My nails were done yesterday! And they already look like it’s been a week.

I’ve been going to the same place on and off for the past couple of years, but was never quite satisfied. I finally tried Celestial and I am so glad I did! Emma was absolutely amazing!! Celestial Nails is the best salon in Mount Dora, or anywhere else in the North Orange/South Lake County area. I have been a client for the last two years and absolutely love the quality of the services provided by the staff. Emma is my eyelash “go-to”, and Diana is my nail tech. I appreciate the care and detailed attention! You should definitely go to this salon for your nail needs.

Don’t believe the 4 stars. This place is horrible. I spent $100 and my nail fell off in a week. I have never had that happen in my life. I called the salon and the lady said that I need to remember the guys name next time which he never told me his name and she was unapologetic. All she said was to come in. This place is rude, unprofessional and just horrible.

No respect for customer at all. Owner is rude too. I only had good experience the first time (with Kelly). After that I went couple more times hoping I’ll experience the same again but no. They just do the pedicure just for the name sake. No pressure applied in the message even when asked. They just run hands on legs. Absolutely waste of money. I opted for 4 step pedicure to treat myself, which should come with 10 minute massage. This Lady kept the stop watch way before starting the massage and for the 3rd step of my pedicure she literally just applied the cream and wiped it off right away. All through the pedicure she kept tapping my feet without telling me what exactly she wants me to do. One time the tap means spread your fingers and other time to bend my legs. I was so frustrated but kept calm because I decided never to go back to this place. I only go here because it’s very close to my home. But totally waste of your money and owner doesn’t care about customer satisfaction.
