I cannot say enough about this wonderful salon. I have been coming here for years, and I have never left disappointed or upset with my hair. The staff is friendly as well as knowledgeable. I don’t feel dumb asking questions, I also learn a lot by just listening to them answer questions from other patrons.

Had an appointment. Arrived 5 minutes early and checked in. Twenty minutes after my appointment time I was still waiting with no communication on how long it would be so I left. Don’t recommend making an appointment. May be great at hair but apparently not much on keeping obligations to potential new customers.

My boyfriend and I went in to this store. He had asked for a little to be taken off the top with it shorter on the sides. Keep in mind his hair was 3 inches long or so. He ended up with a buzzcut with it all 1/4 inch long after specifically telling her that he wanted to be able to comb his hair over due to a cowlick. Now there’s no hair to even move at all. He thought about saying something during/after the cut, but decided not to because you cant glue hair back on and it wasnt worth it for him.On top of the poor cut, the lady was extremely unprofessional. She was unprofessional with her poor co-worker that was doing scheduling and was bickering with her the entire time while cutting his hair.

I stopped there to get my 2 year old a haircut. He has a heart condition and therefore I tend to hold onto him during his trim. The lady in there told he’d have to sit by himself. I tried to explain he wouldn’t so I’d have to sit with him on my lap. She flat out told we couldn’t do that. Unreal and not very understanding at all. I will never go back there. If you have children I’d recommend going somewhere else. I couldn’t believe that the lady had only one customer in the store and still wouldn’t help us. It’s just sad!

Christy can cut some serious hair and do it fast. You certainly can’t beat the price. I would pay more for premium options, but sadly, I’ve never been offered any. Overall, a great place to go!
