I had an appointment at 11 am on 11/3/17. I had to get a full UV gel set and pedicure in preparation for my 25th birthday celebration that night. I was on a time limit being that I had a makeup appointment scheduled for 3 pm. I had called a few minutes before 11 because I knew I was going to be 10 minutes late. The phone rang and eventually went into voicemail, but I thought nothing of it because I figured the staff was busy. I left a message letting them know I was running behind. When I got to the salon, it was closed. There was no sign or note on the door explaining why – nothing. Another lady had been waiting outside who also had an appointment at 11, and she was on a time constraint as well. I was at a loss being that the studio opens at 10:30. I was really looking forward to going to Catilia’s because I was referred by a friend, but after having to scramble for another appointment elsewhere on the busiest day of the week, I have no desire to come here again.

VERY NICE PEOPLE, loved the location, but very sadly have to say the actual results on my hand and feet were horrible. the lady needs more experience when it comes to gel filling , feet were horrible also, really wished i could have given a better review because customer service they are great. but at the end the results is what keeps the customer coming back . 🙁

Went for a pedicure. Not happy with results. First the place is cute small quaint. The pedicure station while it seems different not comfortable at all! My ankles were killing me by the end. They need those I had to tell the girl to clean underneath my toes because she didn’t clean underneath. Polish job also requires some more experience.
