I have been going to Cassiel’s for 2 years and had a very unpleasant experience with the owner today. I went in for a wash and blow and trimmed my ends. I typically pay $75 for this service but was charged $90. When I asked why I was being charged so much the owner told me it was $25 to trim my ends because that was considered a hair cut. I’ve been getting my hair done for over 20 years and have never paid $25 to clip my ends. To make matters worse, the owner made my stylist write out an extra ticket once she realized my stylist didn’t overcharge me. I’m going to miss getting my hair done by Janet who is great by the way but I won’t be supporting this business again. The owner is driven by greed.

When I went to checkout they charged me $87 for a wash and blow dry! I’ve never paid that amount and especially in a salon that serves as a barbershop there was no offer of wine, champagne or even water for that price!No special products in fact a plastic bag was apart of my was accessories no cape or anything. Horrible experience. Needed a last min wash/blowdry & was I told a price but after they washed my hair they told me I would be charged $30 more because my hair was “different”. As a person of color I was offended because my hair is barely shoulder length and not very thick. The front desk lady was also very rude when I asked her how my hair was “different”

I tried to get my haircut there and they were terrible service, first because they refused to give me a haircut just because I wanted to pay with a debit card. That is illegal because it’s a form of payment and must be accepted. Second, Richadt basically humiliated me in front of the people there by telling me to go find cash, or go home and find cash, even though I especially told him I had no cash. Now I believe this is highly unprofessional, and unexceptable. I recommend people rather go to the Izlaco barber shop 2.,they have great barbers and great costumer service.
