We are located in the Historic Grafton Mill on the second floor, with a beautiful view of the Milwaukee River outside our windows! We offer hair, makeup and waxing services. We have a tier-level system that will fit any budget, from our newest talent to our seasoned stylists. Please call for any appointments, or request an appointment online for cut, style, waxing or makeup services. With the diversity of color appointments, we ask that you please call so that they may be booked correctly.

After doing much research I chose Carter’s salon after seeing Dani’s profile on the website. I called immediately and made an appointment with her because she specializes in blondes. I’ve been trying to get back to blonde for quite a while and haven’t had the greatest success with previous stylists, despite their sincere efforts. Dani nailed it! I could not be more pleased with her work which basically is an art. She lifted me several levels without compromising the integrity of my hair. Dani took the time to listen and was so personable, welcoming and warm. I truly enjoyed chatting with her while she was working her magic. I’ve finally found my ideal match when it comes to a stylist, and I will recommend her and the salon to anyone who is asking. Thank you, Dani! I appreciate you!

I have been going to Paige for years. I would never go anywhere else! She knows exactly what i am asking for and it always turns out perfect. Over the years I must’ve changed my color and style a million times and she is always perfectly fine with that. I have my son and daughter going to Paige too.
