I have been “burned” by just about every other haircut place in the area, especially the big chain ones. I have never been disappointed with any of the haircuts I’ve received here, no matter who provides it. Fantastic service, great people, and attention to detail in the haircut every time. I’ll gladly wait a week for an appointment if necessary just to get in here (thankfully that long of a wait is not usually necessary).

At my job part of my role is client satisfaction so when I see a business go above and beyond I notice. I called Capps the other day in need of a haircut because of some important meetings coming up but they were booked solid. They put me on the cancelation list meaning if someone canceled an appointment they’d call me and give me the spot. The owner overheard the conversation and called me an hour later. He wasn’t going to let me go to an important meeting looking scraggly so he squeezed me into his already full schedule and got me cleaned up. That friends is customer service! These folks do both men’s and women’s cuts and even women’s colors and are the friendliest people you’ve ever met. Plus they do fantastic work! Give them a call you won’t be disappointed.
