I took my mom to get a mani/pedi. The appointment was for 6pm and we arrived a few minutes prior. They put her in a chair shortly after to start her pedicure. Her feet had been neglected for some time and the tech put in some work. Her fingernails were also way past due for care so the tech had to trim the excess old tips. My mom was really happy with the results which made me happy.

The place is nice. The woman, MiMi, made my daughter happy with her full set. However, the technician that did my mani/pedi seemed to be in a rush. After she finished my pedicure (i liked) she started working in a different gear. She was clipping the pads of my fingers as well as the cuticles. I walked out of there with a bandaid on my thumb because it was bleeding. MY FINGERS HURT. I probably will not go back.
