Didn’t have time for scheduled services. Doesn’t write appointments down and gets confused then blames the customer. When she figured out she wouldn’t get tipped she over charged us $15 for a gel pedicure I only have 2 feet! Told us it was $40 with gel but charged $55. Then she complained to us that “everyone hates me” just super unprofessional. They have about 20 chairs and no employees. She also wouldn’t give us the design we wanted because she doesn’t know how. She is the only one who can do a manicure there and consistently overbooks. Her only skills are French and full polish. It’s super expensive and a horrible environment. Not going back. Ever.

EVERY 1 star review under here describes the exact experience I personally had (and witnessed) I am not exaggerating. Most of the workers were sweet! but the quality of service and the nails themselves was so mediocre. Very deceiving. The expectation that I had provided MULTIPLE times (a simple shape and length) and was told was going to happen “exactly how I wanted”, didn’t happen. the finished product was NO WHERE NEAR close to how I wanted them done. Nail shape is fat/uneven and polish wasn’t applied well either ;/ am pretty unsatisfied and genuinely unhappy – hope this review will prevent at least one person from wasting their time, hopes, and money makes me upset – I so badly wish I could get my money back. Wasn’t spoken to nicely either. It’s frustrating paying for something that doesnt meet any of your expectations. Respectfully will not be returning.

Hands down the most rude and unprofessional people work here that I’ve ever seen at a nail salon. Especially the owner, Tina. She makes you feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Horrible service, rushed nail jobs, and very uncomfortable atmosphere. It takes a lot for me to take the time to give a business a review but this one takes the cake.

Critical: ProfessionalismOwner is not professional. While I was there getting my nails done. One of her clients called in complaining that she was unhappy with their service. The owner was loud and very rude to the lady on the phone. She called her names, hung up on the lady. The lady called back and the owner argued with her for about 15 minutes calling her a liar and hung up on her again. She then shared with the 3 of us in there that the lady was just trying to rip her off and said her nail polish didnt last 3 days . Well strangely enough I paid $65 for a combo and my nail polish lasted only 3 days also. Very unprofessional and deceiving to their clients with the products that they promised last a long time. My golden retriever at home could have painted my nails black.
