If you are looking for a new place to get a haircut don’t stop at this place. The stylist spend their time gossiping about their exes instead of focusing on the clients hair. They completely ruined my sons hair, I complained immediately and the stylist started getting defensive telling me that my son was not still. I was right there, he was fine. She said she wasn’t at fault. So I learned 2 things that horrible day 1) Dont ever go to a different barber/hairstylist if you already have your go to 2) I learned the whole story of one of the stylist marriage, to divorce, to now dating life all in an hour and a half time. Worst place EVER to get a hair cut. Yes the prices are cheap, and that is a reflection on how unproffesional, lack of skills, and no sense of customer service. I am Mexican and want to contribute to a Mexican business. But brah this ain’t it. Now I have to wait MONTHS for my hair to grow. I know it’s just hair but it plays a role in your self confidence. I will be paying THE SHOP in Petaluma a visit. Like I should have in the first place.
