The technician had difficulty taking the previous gel off my nails and attempted to polish over the last set I had. Once she finally finished, she had another technician polish my nails. The gel polish dries fast and was all over my cuticles. When I made a comment about cleaning up the polish off my nails, she attempted to butter me up as if I wasn’t going to worry about it. The same technician, Ms. Kathy, attempt to complete a polish change on my toes and when she messed one up putting my shoe on, she stared that my nail was short to the reason my toes looked messed up. I asked her to repolish the mess up she had made, and she stated it would look better if I had gotten a pedicure. Never again. Don’t even bother with this place.

I use to love coming to this place but my last 3 experiences were not good . 1st time I had to come back because the gel on my nails started peeing 2 days after getting them done . Went back they fixed it. Cool. 2nd time I decided to get the sns dip powder on my real nails. Waste of money. It started cracking off within a week , mind you it supposed to last at least 2 weeks , more than that if done correctly. This 3rd time did it. I got my nails done on Thursday ( dip powder with tips added). Well 4 days later I have 2 nails broken one cracked and on one the tip cracked off . Why this was happening idk . I was on vacation not doing anything but relaxing and yet my nails were cracking and coming off way too easily for only 4 days !! Went into the shop to make my complaint. I really didn’t want my nails fixed because most of them were messed up . I just made sense to let them fall off and get a new set . But the owner made it clear the only thing she could do was fix the broken nails ( it was 5 nails total) I went on and let her fix them ( which she rushed them and they look even more tacky now) I walked in unhappy and left unhappy and she really didn’t care as long as she didn’t have to give a free set , refund , or had to do much work to fix it . Last time spending money in this place. The quality of work went down hill . I do NOT RECOMMEND THIS NAIL SHOP

Omg let me start off by saying the ladys are nice.one of the ladys who did my pedicure hurt my toe so bad it was purple I had to get a Shot would not recommend getting your pedicure done here and they never throw away any of the file’s they use on other people’s feet they make to much money for them Not to it’s nasty

Last 3 times I have gotten my nails polished, the polished was chipping the very next day. I believe the problem is from them using old polish, base or both. Many times they are using polish that is way pass the half way mark from the bottom.

Horrible experience my gel nails were bubbly and I told her square square and she did square round then put glue all on my skin under my nail from glueing diamonds on then tried to peel it off and cut my finger asked for a pedi she dug so deep on my big toe to where it hurt for 3 days when I put socks or tennis on I’ll never go to this place again that was my 1st and last time
