First of all friendly staff I felt welcomed coming in. I wanted a specific design ombré kind of nails and the technician attempted to do it 3 times before admitting they did not know how to do this. So I ask for all black and stiletto shape. I paid 60$ for uneven nails with bubbles in them. Disappointed to say it nicely. They gave me complementary gems but this was far from what I wanted.

Never Will I RecommendNot the same facility as 10 years ago. Just the same name. Gave me 2 different eyebrows and expected me to be ok when I originally let the lady know I needed my eyebrows cleaned NOT THIN! But I Guess it’s the lack Of English!

I’ve been going here to lely for over 10 years now. Absolutely love her. Very talented, and fast, can do literally whatever you want on your nails. Shes so friendly and sweet. Everyone there is very nice and professional. Highly recommend! Nail art, Gel manicures

I left California nails about an hour ago and while I was there a lady came in and said she was out of town on vacation for over a week and she broke a nail and chipped color on a few others. She wanted to change the color completely and expected it to be free. Yea maybe if you got them done the day before but over a week later on vacation you come back to redo them and think for free? Lilly didn’t charge her to fix the broken nail and was not rude at all, but the lady had to state she was writing a horrible review.. for what? They are all so nice there and people can be so rude. There was no need to write a bad review because you didn’t get what you wanted for free.

Critical: QualityI don’t normally write reviews but when you injure me, it’s a problem. Sadly, I probably won’t ever go back again. Overtime they’ve just gotten worse and more careless. Did my eyebrows and pedicure on friday the 15th for my birthday (hasn’t even been a week yet) and my polish has already chipped on a toe. I’ve came here plenty of times over the years for a pedicure and it hasn’t happened this fast.. ever. It’s also supposed to be gel so I’m not sure what happened. During my eyebrow waxing, I routinely asked them to go a little more thin than they usually do it. I liked the way it came out, but I noticed one eyebrow was sore to the touch and felt like it was burning. That’s because it was. Again, never happened before, at any place I’ve ever been to, especially here. She either burned me with the wax or kept going over the same spot causing that area to be skinned. Let me start by saying If you love your nails or if you don’t wanna be in pain, then please don’t go to this place. First time and it’ll be my last too. They did a refill on mine and some nail art and this was the most painful nail job I’ve ever gotten done. I have cuts all over and she didn’t even do the nail I asked her to do. Completely disregarded me multiple times and just kept going and kept hurting me. Not to mention they have horrible communication skills. She couldn’t even understand the basic words coming out of my mouth.
