I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for 5 years. I went to school for massage in North Carolina in 2017 and became certified in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Hot Stone and Oncology massage. I have also been certified for Level 2 Reiki (energy work). I specialize in chronic pain and scar tissue management. Most people assume, once there is scar tissue, that they have healed. For many, the pain has just begun and has transformed from acute to chronic. If anything is bothering you from a crick in the neck, post surgery or an injury that has happened 20 years ago, come on by and get the relief you need and deserve. Relaxation Massage 60 minutes
Typically called Swedish. May include broader strokes to activate Parasympathetic Nervous System and help you relax.		$75.00
Deep Tissue 30 minutes
A true deep tissue includes warming the muscle before specific deep pressure is applied to get to the lower levels of muscles. Some discomfort is normal to achieve relief. A deep tissue should never be painful. Please communicate with your therapist if there is any pain.		$45.00
Oncology Massage 60 minutes
For those who have had lymphnodes removed or cancer (presently or in the past).		$85.00
Reiki 30 minutes
Healing energy sent whereevr it is needed to calm the mind, body and spirt.		$45.00
Relaxation 90 minutes
Typically called Swedish. May include broader strokes to activate Parasympathetic Nervous System and help you relax.		$105.00
Relaxation Massage 30
