i’ve gone here multiple times and they were great! but the last two times i decided to get acrylics and the girl nicked my hand so many times! and the last time i got them done there she did it so hard on both hands that my nail beds were bleeding. then when she went to do the chrome my blood was wiped in the powder on my nail and she left it! i was very disappointed. not to mention my nails were throbbing that night cause that’s how bad it was. not to mention that same night my sister came with me to get her nails done and they didn’t ask what shape or length she wanted when she’s been trying to grow her nails out and they trimmed them so short. then she wanted a white glitter. once she show it, it looked like pink powder to her. she wanted to make sure it wasn’t pink cause that’s not what she wanted. and the girl said no it’s not pink! sure enough it was a pink sparkle as my sister DID NOT WANT. we came at a 4:30 scheduled appointment. we both felt as they were rushing so they could be done. if you don’t have time to do it then say that! with how pricey it is i want a nice service and not a rushed service! my sister and i will not be returning!!!!

So upset with this service. In the beginning of my pedicure, the lady doing my nails asked if I wanted a manicure too. I said yes. After receiving my pedicure where they didn’t remove my cuticle, became upset with me when I asked for her to use a foot scrubber to smoothen my feet, and forgot to put on a top coat… she finished my pedicure and told me that I couldn’t have a manicure anymore. I am so upset with the service and performance.

What rude employees! I said I wanted regular polish and they pushed me FIVE separate times to do gel! When I finally told the last man that tried to push that it’s too expensive he raised his voice and yelled down to me that it’s “only 10 dollars more” as if i was doing something wrong or shameful! What a joke! Never going back
