I was excited to walk in and have Lyn be available to do my manicure. But say the entire time she was rushing and was standoffish. She KEPT burning me with the file and hurting me. One of the times I pulled my hand back, she and her husband Charlie made fun of me for it. Then under the table she asked for my feet and started removing my toenail polish and that’s when I informed her about how bad my toe hurts from an ingrown toenail. She kept squeezing it and I kept saying how bad that hurt. She told me to go soak my toe so that “I don’t cry” when she gets it out. I soaked for about 20 minutes. She was really aggressive and did not care whatsoever that I was in a lot of pain. She kept squeezing it and digging in it. I literally couldn’t hide my pain. I was sweating and clinching and saying “ouch!” She threw her tools down and in their language told her husband something. He immediately got up, went through their files, and brought me a waiver to sign with a pen and a clipboard. They told me to sign it before she does anything else. I signed it and she continued. It was the most painful pedicure of my life and I tend to get ingrown toe nails. My toe hurt more than when I came in to have them fixed. I told her multiple times not to cut my nails but to file them because I have this problem. She didn’t listen. All my nails are very short and rounded. I will be having issues with them all when they grow out now. The toe that I went in for is now 3x the size, it’s purple and red, it’s in much more pain. I’m so upset and I can’t believe that was the owner. My nails and my pedicure not only look horrible. Not what I asked for, but now I will need surgery for my toe. 10/10 do not recommend

This is my go-to place for nails. I always leave content with how my nails look. Last week I went in not knowing exactly how i wanted my birthday nails, only that I wanted something special. I showed them a few pictures on my phone and they made it happen. I am so happy my sisters recommended this spot, I can finally stop looking for the best nail shop, now that I found “C & L nail and Spa”. I’m honestly very disappointed my coffin nails look rectangle and very thick coating she also was super rough hurt my fingers when I got my feet done she stopped working on my feet picked up the phone to order food. She also rushed it I was only in the chair for 15 mins didn’t even relax more was I able to control the massage chair. The client next to me could tell I was uncomfortable. Advice for workers take your time on clients don’t rush and make sure they are comfortable.

Very sweet and friendly staff. I wanted green, but couldn’t figure out which shades go together, since I do different color on my ring finger. They helped me pick the colors I wanted, and though I changed my mind a couple of times, my nail stylist and a two others patiently and with smiles helped me. I absolutely love my nails

Not only did the one of the owners mock my mother’s nails that needed a repair but the man was super dishonest with the wait time. If you are coming from the east coast – I’d say stand clear of this place unless you want to feel super disrespected. What’s funny is that another walk in was attended before us despite us already waiting 40 minutes. The only real difference was that the lady had an LV bag and was white. How disrespectful to a potentially new customer but also the audacity to blatantly act like a racist in an area like Chula. Absolutely wild. I can’t imagine a nail salon full of asian acting like that towards POC – could give negative stars if I could.

Kim was amazing and very efficient. I was worried about time when I went in and had spare time when I left after a full set and 3 coats of polish. She paid special attention to make sure there were no streaks in my neon. And to top it off she took it like a champ when I did a 180 on my color choice. Price was also very reasonable, will definitely be coming back.
