I wish I could rate this place 0 stars. The new salon makes your whole experience at this business terrible. The receptionist’ are rude and they are the face of the company when you walk in. They set the mood for your whole experience. The waiting area does not have the capacity for the amount of people coming in and out. The aisle between the chairs on the floor is made for skinny people. You can’t walk through the aisle without knocking into the barbers and hair dressers. All in all this place is not worth the hassle you have to go through while attempting to get a service they offer done. Not to mention my boyfriend had a set appointment and the receptionist let a walk in go in front of us while we were sitting there for 10 minutes. There is no room for parents to stand by their children getting haircuts. This new building is not acceptable for the amount of clients that go in and out on a daily. My boyfriend and I loved the business when they were in the mall and had the capacity that their business needed. But with this new building, C&C will be loosing my family as customers.
