Don’t waste your time going here, I got eyelash extensions that I was told would last 1 month if I took good care of them, by the time I left the store my eyelashes kept getting stuck together because of the glue she uses and I couldn’t even open my eyes. Worked on another customer while I was stuck with my eyes glued shut. Not to mention the “extensions” they use are the Ardell lashes from Walmart or target. Kept offering other services over and over again. I insisted that she just take my lashes off so I wouldn’t be in pain and she continued to put more on

This was my second time coming to Brow & Beauty Salon, both times on a whim when I was at the mall. Thankfully I had come at the right time between appointments and she was able to take me right away. Of course like some other reviews, she did offer me more services and even though she didn’t say, it is common sense that they are going to charge you for each service done! I did upgraded lashes and they look great, and will last a lot longer than the strip lashes I usually use. She even gave me tips on how to get my microblading touched up so that my brows are more even. She is very sweet and makes good conversation during services. I already have my next appointment booked to get my lashes done again before a wedding in a month.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is a SCAM! Came for a $10 eyebrow clean up and they kept insisting that I get a FREE service so that I come back, so after the 5 th time she insisted I said ok, well then while cleaning my eyebrows (that was the ONLY REASON I CAME FOR) they removed some hairs close to my forehead and some hairs close to my cheeks. She only asked if it was ok if she took some of this hairs off WITHOUT LETING ME KNOW I WAS GETTING CHARGED $15 (for cleaning up my forehead) and an extra $10 or so to clean up around my cheeks. It’s not about the money it’s about how they want to PLAY people. STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE HIDDEN FEESThis place is a SCAM! Worst experience, unnecessarily they made to take a 100 dollar service. For nose clean up and face waxing I paid 130. Eyebrows 15 $ side chin 15 $, tinting 15 $, nose steam 15$, clean up 15$, nose wax 15$, upper lip 15$. All the services were done in 10 minutes and i paid 130$. I visited them only for eyebrows and they lured into all this without telling me the prices. Practically she forced me to say yes. It’s a big Scam…… Scam… ladies please check reviews before you go. The worst place and the waxing was too brutal on my face. Hard wax is the best. Waxing hair with muslin strip omg it leaves scars. Please don’t go here. Check reviews!!!!!!.
