I’m very disappointed in my experience. I was very excited to patronize this business, but as it seems, this location didn’t want my money. Prior to my appointment I visited the shop twice. The first time I was just walking through and went to meet the Barber, Shawn. I just wanted to know if she also dyed hair and did anything else with hair. She told me that she did, so I returned two weeks later to schedule my appointment. At the time she was very busy as there was work being done to the shop. She initially was short with me, but by the end of the conversation she was smiling and being friendly. We scheduled an appointment for today at 9:00 AM.
