I haven’t been a consistent customer but I have gotten quite a few spray tans here. Their customer service has always been exceptional, and their building has always been clean. The layout of their store make the halls, and the rooms in general, quite small which can feel very claustrophobic. Taking into consideration the amount of time that you spend in them though, that’s a very minor inconvenience.

The experience that I experienced is unbelievable. I wanted a month membership pass for like 50 some dollars and instead I received bronze dollars and then there’s nothing that they could do on the inside of the store had to wait until like 3 weeks before they handled it so I thought I was screwed all the money I spent at the other team place getting his tan as I am went down the drain waiting on Bronze Bay to get my account right so all the money and hard work I put in to getting Tam went down the drain And I have to restart basically.

Nice and clean tanning salon. Very helpful attendant assisting with all my questions. Over 15 beds with stand up and lay down types. Beds were strong and didn’t make all the pops and noises that I have heard in other establishments. Highly recommend this tanning facility.

Bronze Bay is the only place I have tanned for the past ten yrs and that’s because they have some of the cleanest beds and rooms possible! The staff members are always very attentive and knowledgeable. Now they have a brand new state of the art bed that is an absolute dream to experience!!! I will ONLY recommend Bronze Bay to friends and family because they are by far the best and there is no competition!!!

About as good as it gets as far as tanning goes locally. Prices are great, and I’m always in and out quickly. The only thing I would add is that sometimes my bed doesn’t seem like it’s been cleaned as well as it could’ve or should’ve been. Otherwise great service, friendly staff and good prices!
