Positive: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismI’ve had a lot of trouble finding a stylist that specializes in blond hair. That all changed when I found Becca at Brick + Mirror Beauty Bar. She is not only a talented stylist but is also hilarious and so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable right away! Like a true artist, Becca took her time meticulously placing the highlights and the end result was by far the best highlight I’ve ever had. I’ve had a lot of trouble finding a stylist that specializes in blond hair. That all changed when I found Becca at Brick + Mirror Beauty Bar. She is not only a talented stylist but is also hilarious and so easy to talk to. I felt comfortable right away! Like a true artist, Becca took her time meticulously placing the highlights and the end result was by far the best highlight I’ve ever had. Critical: ProfessionalismThis place is extremely unprofessional. Made an appointment for today and I was there on time. I even had to get a babysitter in order to finally dye my hair after giving birth. When I made the appointment, I told them that I had dark brown hair and I was dying it a light red. I was informed that my hair would need to get bleached. I show up to my appointment with Becca who again reiterated that my hair would need to get bleached. She tested a strip and after 10 minutes comes back to tell me that she can’t do this for me today because it would take 4 to 5 hours and she had other appointments. Left me with a streak of orange in my hair and didn’t even offer to fix it. All these positive reviews have to be fake. This was a complete waste of time.This place is extremely unprofessional.
