Went as a last minute need for my wedding with a friend. Nails were completely crooked on both hands which the man said were because of crooked fingers (not the case). He also left a huge gap between my cuticle and the acrylic. I asked for coffin shaped and they were barely squoval. Friend wanted something similar so they made her wait until I was done so we could have the same nail tech (no idea why). When doing hers they found out I was getting married and gave her the “special wedding nails” but refused to fix mine claiming it was my nails and not their bad nail job. The tech cut the pads of my friends fingers with cuticle scissors on 3 fingers and claimed it was hangnails. Shocked to find out you can get hangnails on the fingertips… terrible terrible nails. So thick and chunky, too. I had to curl my fingers in wedding photos so they couldn’t be seen.

TORTURED. Do not go to this dirty place unless you’re looking to get tortured and ripped off. Went in to get my nail extensions removed. Lady proceeded to use nail clippers to cut the extensions from the sides and a fake nail to lift the acrylics and then PULL them out hard enough it was hurting me. I asked her to please soak the nails instead and from then on she was clearly annoyed with having to do her job the way it’s supposed to be done and treated me so poorly like I’ve never been treated before at any nail place. And they charge $15 vs other places in the area that charge $10 for the same service. SEE PHOTOS. Horrible “job” NAH NAHHHH NEVER AGAIN

Critical: Cleanliness, QualitySo I went here yesterday for a fill and the girl ended up redoing all of my nails. So a whole new set. Then when she was taking them off she wasn’t filing them down but instead used a plastic nail tip to slide in between my nails and the acrylic to get them off. Critical: Quality, ValueI would give a zero if I could. Worst nail salon experience ever. I waiting for over an hour while my two friends got their manis and pedis. Finally when someone did my nails it took another hour. I dont get my nails done often so I wasn’t sure how to ask for what I wanted so I showed her a picture. I ended up with acrylics and gel. She made my fingers bleed from filing them so aggressively and gave me angry looks the whole time. I was unsure how they would look because the looked quite lumpy the whole time but I wanted to trust that she had some experience and knew what she was doing… When I stepped outside in the light I wanted to cry. They were so thick and lumpy and awful. The color was nice tho. save your money and just do your nails yourself.
