Critical: Professionalism, QualityCame here for a dip manicure with gel on top because I seen all the good reviews. Where do I begin…..I came in with a specific look in mind: black and a little hint of sparkle. She starts the manicure with absolutely no soaking of my nails and gives me attitude when I tell her to fix the shape of two of my nails because they were not square like I asked. Continues with the dip which looks like a dark green/blue instead of black but tells me it’ll look black by the time we’re done. An hour later it comes out as dark green/blue and she insists it’s black. Show it to a couple of customers and they agree with me yet all the workers can only see black. “Fixes” it by adding black gel on top and some cheap sparkle and I actually hate them even more. Should have told her to remove and start over but it was late and no one even offered. Kept speaking a different language amongst themselves which in itself is pretty rude and made me really uncomfortable. Paid and left.
