Unprofessional place. Hardly ever open. You have to come back multiple times to get any service. This was my third and last time coming here. The first 2 times I came awesome service and quality work. This last time I came there was someone there that I never seen before so I should have left but I didn’t. Her service was awful, she threaded my eyebrows and when she was finish they didn’t match. So I don’t know what she was looking at or was she just doing each brow as a stand alone brow. Unsatisfied!!

Critical: Cleanliness, Punctuality, QualityI went to get my eyebrows threaded and arrived at 245 pm the business was dark with a sign on the door will open at 4 pm. I left and ran some errands came back at 3:45 and waiting until 4:30 pm along with multiple other customers and no one showed up. Highly recommend calling before making the trip. My last experience there was great. The lady who my brows had the most soothing touch and relaxing voice ever!! I forgot how painful threading can be. She also took great directives in not over arching my brows. I prefer them full…I’ve previously had bad experiences with getting them overarched.

To whom this may concern I came to Westgate Mall to get my lashes done. I called earlier for an appointment they said it was walkins only.the hours of operation did not say that. and when I c in I was denied service because the young lady told me that they only do lashes between four and seven.

I am definitely not the type of person to leave reviews, but I feel like I should this time. I’ve been coming to this place for over 2 years to get my eyebrows done and I have never had any issues. Last Sunday, I went and I allowed someone I’ve never seen before to thread them. First mistake. But, I assume that they know what they are doing and told her I only wanted a clean- up. She proceeded to do them and she seemed kind of rushed. When the process was over, I looked at my brows and OMG the front of my eyebrow is gone on BOTH. I looked in the mirror with shock and she told me that the hairs were going in different directions. Ok, so you just take them off?! Almost half of my eyebrow is off. She did not charge me for them, but it does not make up for the fact that I have to fill in my eyebrows everyday. I hope my eyebrows grows back. Please be careful with who you let do your eyebrows. I’m sorry, but I cannot come to this place anymore.
