Bonhoffie is awesome to say the least! I’ve struggled with chronic eczema issues/body rashes for the past 3 years. I recently started red infrared light and sauna treatments with Bonni and I am finally starting to feel better! Their lash and brow treatments are amazing too! Aesthetically pleasing and relaxing atmosphere as soon as you walk in. The staff are very professional and courteous. We all could use a little self care once in awhile….I highly recommend Bonhoffie!

Critical: ValueI went in to purchase mascara the week after Thanksgiving and ended up purchasing $210 of cosmetics, much of which I was happy with. The Revitalash Eye Trio purchased for $150 is another story. Firstly, I found the date on the packaging is December 2021; so was I sold an expiring kit? The salesperson represented these products as growth enhancers for eyelashes & brows… they are only a lash conditioner. Perhaps I am partly responsible for accepting the salesperson’s explanation, but the packaging, thought beautiful silver foil, was impossible to read… and so I trusted what I was being told. I choose to not believe I was intentionally misled but am not pleased with the product’s capabilities or the miniscule portions that range from the max of .08 oz to .16oz to “barley there .118oz”. The packaging volume far exceeded the product volume contained therein. This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had going into a Medical Spa. The Owner was so informative and gave me great information to continue my daily skin care routine. Service, attitude, cleanliness, and decor all Above Standard and I give this med/day spa a Strong 5-star rating. Bonnie is super patient and understanding of anyone trying new treatments, when you leave will be excited to visit for more !!
