I remember when she first started as a booth in the San Jacinto mall and it’s truly a pleasure to see how much her business has flourished!!! I most definitely recommend them to everyone who asks about my eyebrows & they have continued to go there. I don’t trust anyone else to touch my eyebrows by any means. Worth the wait, because perfection takes time. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI got an eyebrow thread today and they very obviously trimmed too much eyebrow that they should not have. I called them to see if they wanted to make things right (offer some kind of refund?) and they were very rude to me on the phone.There is no “check-in” system and very long waits, even when it’s not “peak times”. You pretty much have to walk in and remember who was in front of you.ALSO – staff does NOT wear ANY type of mask or gloves during the COVID-19 pandemic, which is super disappointing.I wouldn’t recommend coming here to get your brows threaded.Response to Owner:I posted pictures of my eyebrows on Yelp where you can see that my eyebrows were very obviously over trimmed and misshapen.I looked in the mirror three times because there was hair in my eyes.
