If you’re looking for a sprawling, multi-floor Korean day spa experience with a lot of different things to explore like Sojo or King Spa, this is NOT that. This place is very small: there are two hot dry saunas, one hot steam sauna, one jacuzzi, and one cold plunge pool (this was out of order when I went)…and that’s it! Their lounge area is part dining hall, part dimly lit lounge seating with a few oversized sofa chairs.

I went there on a Friday afternoon with my mother and aunt for my my mother’s birthday. I have no issue with paying premium price, however the facility should also be offering premium service. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The changing room could use a clean, in addition the lockers, many of which are broken. The representative at the front desk was lackluster, at best. She barely lifted her head when speaking to us and seemed disinterested in general. We were not walked over to the waiting room after changing and instead got lost looking for the waiting area. Our massages were all excellent and the most redeeming thing about this facility. Luckily the facility was empty and we could enjoy the sauna and jacuzzi alone. After changing, we had to wait to check out and no one even asked if we were pleased with your services. Prior to suggesting a tip, which of course was left, the front desk agent should have ensured we were happy with our experience. He did not. I asked how he would like me to deliver my feedback on my experience and he simply stated to leave a review on yelp, instead of asking me himself. So here we are…..

Went this past Friday definitely will go back we had our girls trip there. Our sales rep Shawn was AWESOME, our Host Maria FABULOUS. All around the staff was great my body polish treatment was given by Nadine 100% excellent. From the saunas, the lounges, the treatments, food and drinks a day of relaxation in BK Great Day Getaway from hustle and bustle. Would definitely go back.

I fairly recently moved into the area and this place has been a heaven send. I’ve only been to cozier sized spa’s and this one does not disappoint. I’ve had several massages here (5 stars), eaten several meals (scrumptious), drinks (“henny”thing is possible is my go to) and each and every time has not been a disappointment. The Dry Lounge is so relaxing and comfy.

I was given a gift certificate for this place and was excited until I read some of the reviews. I decided to go in the morning assuming it would be clean and quiet and for the most part, it was. Improvements to some of the lockers could be made (some locks were broken) and the shower I happened to be in did not have any soap. Again, I was here early (before noon) so I don’t understand why/how the showers did not have any soap. The massage was okay, like average. There were like 6 or 7 of us in the spa area and I noticed everyone’s robes were every where. It would be nice to have hooks for them to be hung up instead of being on the furniture. Also, I noticed crumpled up water cups laying around, particularly in the saunas. Since the place is on the smaller side, I would recommend going on off peak hours. Also, there is a 15% off discount on all services on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so be sure to remind 5the receptionist to apply the discount upon check out. If I could, I would rate this a 2.5 stars but since I can’t, I rather round down than up.

Body by Brooklyn was an amazing experience! My facial and chocolate massage was completely amazing. I definitely will be going back as soon as there is availability. Make sure you book in advance, and it is worth it!
