Torie ALWAYS have my haircut on point no mistakes my fade is always faded my beard is always sharp and detailed and so is my hair my stylists is amazing.. she pays attention to all details my ears my ear hair my eyebrows etc.. The benchmark is wonderful as soon as I leave I feel like I’m on cloud 9 I can’t wait to put on my shades and leave knowing that I’m looking great.. We have been using your salon for the past year for my young boys haircuts. We saw Kelly today. She did not offer to do hair wash, even though it is included in the price. When we asked her to wash my son’s hair she said “whatever”. She took him to the bowl for a wash and then said “oh my God” when he did not place his head properly on the bowl. We will consider coming back but Kelly should be removed and she should be ashamed of herself for being so disrespectful and unkind to a 3rd grader.
