The business is in a house. Great layout, love the coffee/tea nook with window seat. It is very comfortable and high end at the same time. Valuable lesson learned. I brought in a picture of a previous haircut I had and the first stylist did not get the cut right so the owner took over. She used a razor on the hair on both sides of my head and cut straight down instead of angling the cut but angled elsewhere. It was much closer to what I was looking for. I am sure the next time will be spot on since I now know how to ask for exactly what I want. I am scheduled for a color next month.Update, they called and cancelled my appt. They did not have anything available until after the holidays so I did not reschedule.

My daughter and I both came in today to see Sabrina and Stacy. Sabrina gave me an awesome cut and does such a great job blending colors for a fresh, natural look. I made an appointment a week in advance. I had a special event planned for the weekend. But I work until late afternoon all week. So I was delighted to get an early evening appointment. For two. I was going to treat my daughter to a quality cut and color. However! The stylist that was going to work on us got sick. Never bothered to call. Deleted my appointment from the system. The owner was very nice, but nothing could be done. She was professional, but maybe some of the others aren’t. I won’t be trying again.

I cut my own hair for years, never thought after all that time i would enjoy a salon haircut so much! I go to the same stylist, Kate, everything and she is great. Does my hair just how I like and always patient if I want to try something a little different. For me though what seals the deal is the shampoo and scalp massage at the end. For about the same thing I would at pay at a supercuts or the likes I get a salon cut and treatment. Can’t beat it!

I had planned my hair for my wedding through here. My experience almost ruined my wedding day. The artist did not care at all about what I wanted and in my pre style run said she would have an apprentice help and we would get the style finalized out . When it came to the actual day it was a hassle and the apprentice ended up doing all of the work. If it wasn’t for her…the experience had me in tears and while the stylist just gave me attitude the apprentice helped to calm me down and we put a style together. I haven’t been back . No real issue with the company but the stylist just seemed like she didn’t want my business. I have brought my business elsewhere since. My suggestion is make sure you get the right stylist for you.

I went here to get my hair dyed. I was at first very satisfied because of the peaceful environment, and I loved my new hair color. But then I discovered very shortly they missed quite a few spots. I went back and she redid it for free, told me she thinks she got all of the missing pieces, I trusted her word only to find out there were still several pieces of my hair that were missed. I gave up with them. Now my hair is completely different colors everywhere. Won’t be going back.

I booked an appointment for cut and color And when I arrived I was told I did not have an appointment booked. I told the girl I had an appointment at 10:00 a.m. and what my name was. After all the confusion come to find out they booked my appointment at 1 o’clock. Of course I’m upset so the girl at the desk says I can do your hair right now I agreed because I wanted it done for something I had going on later that day. My hair was going to be a project and I knew it might take a few times to get it exactly how I wanted but I left with it looking absolutely nothing like the picture that I showed her but it was OK because it still looks nice. When I came to pay that’s when I find out that the girl that did my hair was a student which isn’t so much of a problem until I washed my hair and realized she chopped my hair horribly. The overall experience was terrible and the manager was actually quite rude about the fact that her receptionist completely screwed up my appointment and showed no sympathy whatsoever. And I’m sorry but if you’re a student I think you should mention that to the client before you do their hair and if you’re not sure of how to do something or have never done it you should inform the client that you don’t know how to do it instead of just chopping their hair
