First off lemme say this every single lady in that salon is not only talented but all completely sweet and intriguing to talk to- between small talk and a good amount of laughs every one of them were the perfect image of professionalism!! The environment was clean and exciting to take in with calming energy but youthful vibe throughout every nook and cranny I looked at!! Amanda O’Donnell was the lovely lady that took pride and effort in my hair- mild mannered and literally the definition of sweet- working fast and efficient watching her transform my hair was a joy to experience how could I NOT book with her again?!?! Risk loosing one of the best local stylist? I think not!!! Highly recommend not only this salon but Amanda is worth so much more than a simple 5 star review! I SERIOUSLY look forward for her being the only stylist I will see from now on!! From start to finish one of the most pleasant experiences I have had in a salon as wonderful as this one! Made appointment over a month ago and stylist confirmed appt 3 days before. About 2 hours before appt she had to cancel because her sitter canceled on her which is totally understandable but still an inconvenience for me. I had made this appt before a 2 week vacation. She offered to reschedule for the following week but wasn’t available until Friday which is the day i leave for vacation. (My original appt was scheduled on a monday) she was not very responsive to me after canceling. Super disappointed as it is hard to get an appointment anywhere with such short notice and seems like she doesn’t really care to try and get me in with her. This salon has lost a client.
