Blown Away Hair Salon

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueGreat salon with high quality service and very friendly staff. I have tried 3 or 4 other salons and they just could not get it right. This salon nailed it. I also sent my husband and son to the Salon as they both got butchered by a local chain hair salon. Both were very happy with their cuts. My son wanted a style to look like Thor Ragnarok and Sue delivered. The salon is very clean, bright and very well managed. Great salon with high quality service and very friendly staff. I have tried 3 or 4 other salons and they just could not get it right. This salon nailed it. I also sent my husband and son to the Salon as they both got butchered by a local chain hair salon. Both were very happy with their cuts. My son wanted a style to look like Thor Ragnarok and Sue delivered. The salon is very clean, bright and very well managed. I highly recommend!

Critical: ProfessionalismThe salon was difficult to find but I made it on time. I had an appointment for color and highlights and a blow out with Sue or Susan. I came in with my mask on and noticed no one was wearing a mask. When I sat down in Sue’s chair I asked if she was vaccinated and she answered she doesn’t share her health information with anyone. To me that meant no. So I politely requested she wear a mask while working on my hair. She replied “I don’t wear a masks” . I advised her that I am still requesting she wear a mask because I don’t want to get sick. She replied I haven’t been sick in five years. After I explained to her that that doesn’t mean she can’t get sick now and that she’s being very selfish and that this would be the last time that I come to the salon. At that, she said she didn’t want to do my hair which I was fine with. I left the salon never to go back again due to her disrespect for a client to wear a simple mask for safety. I went into a walk-in Hair Cuttery and asked if they had someone to do highlights and color right then and there and be willing to wear a mask. With a smile she said absolutely and I had my hair done and it came out beautifully. I’ve never had my color done at the hair Cuttery before but I used the hair Cuttery in Palm city with Amanda. The salon was difficult to find but I made it on time. I had an appointment for color and highlights and a blow out with Sue or Susan. I came in with my mask on and noticed no one was wearing a mask.
