These are some of these sweetest women I’ve ever met. I don’t get my nails done but, I 100% understand customer service/ satisfaction, and Booming Nail Bar really delivered. Considering the excellent customer service and quality of both myself and my girlfriends manicures and her pedicure they are worth a ton more(which is why we tipped ñ and your should add well). These women are straight-forward, hard-working and deliver an Anson service!!! Thank you!!!

Horrible. She did my nails ok. I had to go back because my polish wasn’t dry when I left the first time and they got all messed up. Not only that but I let her know I had a fracture in my nail bed that needed to be handled with care and protected with acrylic. I was hopeful for my second visit, but she said I could leave when, again, my nails were still wet!!! I asked if I could stay longer in front of the fan and that was alright. Once home I realized she never repaired the sensitive fracture! She just polished right over it. I assumed she used a binding polish? She kept telling me to trust her so I just did. My fracture got bigger and I’m afraid to use my right hand now. So A THIRD time I tried to get in touch. I sent a message on Instagram because they had mentioned that’s their preferred method of communication. Days later… no answer. Meanwhile every one of my many calls rings till voicemail. I’ve even tried leaving messages with my contact info. Crickets. What a horrible place they’ve caused me so much stress etc. Do not go here!!!!
