My big toe was treated as though it was ingrown. It’s is not and the mail tech used the cuticle tool and gouged me. It bled for 10 minutes. She didn’t apologize or say a word. Then she painted over the would to try and hide it. I took the polish off that toe immediately which hurt like all get out. It is healing slowly.

Very unprofessional! Wanted to have a special day with my mom and granddaughter and it was not good.The worst, My 86 year old mother wanted to to get her nails done and the older nail tech treated her TERRIBLE!. Mom wanted a manicure but does not like to have them cut cuticles as she has blood thinners and it can bleed. When mom told her NOT to cut her cuticles, the older woman was angry and very rough and extremely rude. Mom woke up sore and bruised as the lady grabbed her fragile hands aggressively and shoved her hand down into the drying heat box.

This place is ridiculous! The staff was in such a rush to get through our group appointments because they overbooked with other customers they did not even ask a single person in our group what kind of manicure we wanted. My polish was so rushed, you can still see my nail underneath it and they did not even file them at all. Seriously go somewhere else and do not waste your money here!!!

Insist on appointments and that you be on time fine but that also requires them to be on time. They have only been on time for one appointment. They change appointment times with little notice and are consistently late to their own change of time. This place is average at best.

Made an appointment for 5pm at 11:00am. Got the text confirmation and everything. Showed up to my appointment only to be told loudly in front of everyone that she canceled my appointment. But I never received a phone call, text, or email that it was canceled. Very unprofessional.

I always come to see Kelly every three weeks and she always does a good job. She had been gone for 6 weeks and I have had two terrible experiences. Today I went in the woman immediately had me soak my dips off in a bowl instead of foil. Then she kept drilling on my nails to the point of them turning paper thin and ugly. She drilled so much my finger nails were sensitive. She broke nail from drilling on it over and over carelessly. Then she proceeded to say the dip makes your nails paper thin. I said it never did before. She said she can’t do long nails. She said she can’t do it my nails after she ruined them. Told me I had to wait on someone who literally just started another person. I almost walked out with old dip still on my nails one nail so thin you could see the red area plus all my nails messed up from being drilled over and over again to get dip off. Instead of wrapping with foil like a I asked from the beginning and she said no. The woman spent so much time soaking in a bowl and drilling that my nails got rushed through and I left without even getting a top coat put on. I paid but am not satisfied with the shape my nails are in now. I will be happy when Kelly comes back. I would like the owner Katie to know so she knows what is going on. There were two woman sitting on either side of me that agreed from the very beginning things were not done correctly and they both said they would have been upset if she would have done the same thing to their nails. They both did dip as well and never once did their nails turn paper thin. I have been growing mine out and getting dip for over 7 months with Kelly and never did she drill my nails down to paper or break and deform my nails from the drill.
