Jenna did my eyelashes. My right eye doesn’t stop tearing and burning. I felt like she was rushing and didn’t apply the glue or lashes properly. Never again! I will be filing a complaint. I’ve done my lashes several times, never had this experience.

I usually get individual lashes done somewhere else and was looking for a cheaper option. This place is clean and the staff is friendly. I got the cluster lashes and they have lasted quite a long time. I have gone back for eyebrow wax as well and they did a great job. Highly recommend!

I purchased a Groupon and scheduled an appointment via the Booksy app. When I arrived, the lady was extremely rude. She did not greet me and instead stated, “I have been calling and texting you all day.” I looked at my phone and informed her that I didn’t have any calls, messages, or texts from her. She proceeded to say that she couldn’t take care of me until 6:30. My appt was for 5:30pm. I would’ve waited however, her lack of professionalism was a red flag. I requested a refund and was approved. I will take my business elsewhere.
