Winnie gave me the most amazing milk spa pedicure today. She’s my girl from now on I’m requesting her. My feet and legs were pampered from start to finish, I could have fallen asleep I was so relaxed, no joke! She even removed the paper between my toes when they were dry. My feet feel amazing! Winnie and milk spa pedicure are the answer to my aching callused feet. Thank you Winnie!!

Ladies were very rude. There was a shorter lady with reddish hair and another long and skinny lady with black hair. They were obviously talking about us. Service was bad. The shorter lady spent literally about 4 minutes doing the pedicure. Service was so poor. Don’t waste your money here go to another nail salon smh. I have to go home and redo my polish it’s sloppy and rushed. You guys definitely favor a certain race. So ignorant smh. Provide the same care and attitude to every customer who comes in not just caucasian people.

Horrible experience! My daughter went in for a fill in and the girl kept arguing with her that she couldn’t have the shape she wanted. Meanwhile they were the right shake went she entered the place. They cut them too short and the paint job looked like a 5 year old painted them. I went in to talk to them afterwards and they were arguing with me as well and wouldn’t give us money back. Definitely won’t be going back.

Omg came here for a pedicure from the time my feet hit the water till they came out of the water to be polished was 2/3 minutes And I am not exaggerating….That was the fastest pedicure I ever received in my life she spent no time cutting cleaning my nails it was a joke…. She didn’t put anything in the water and she didn’t rub any scrub or anything on my feet… If you want your pedicure done in five minutes come here

I always come here for pedicures and go to my old neighborhood to get manicures.BUT this particular day I allowed them to do my nails gel French manicure.Everything was going well until I paid with my debit card and gave a tip in cash(as per the sign in the shop)Linda caught a attitude with the tip I gave her started talking in her language to the guy that works the front desk he then asked me to leave a 10 percent tip on my debit card.I told him no I don’t tip on my credit /debit cards.NEVER in my life I was ever asked to leave a certain amount tip to services rendered for 1 she nixed my cuticle and it bled and I brought my own foot scrub for her to use and she didn’t use it.NEVER AGAIN! I’ll take my services to the nail salon on main st it’s closer to my house and better service.

Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismThey are not sterilization the equipment in between customers. When I insisted on having sterile equipment they were very annoyed and tried telling me they were clean. They made me feel very uncomfortable because they were talking to each other in their own language after I insisted on clean equipment for me and my daughter. Not very professional!!! While I was waiting for my nails to dry I saw the staff take all the used equipment and put it in the basket that they told me was clean. Wow they made sure they have the plastic barriers to protect them from us but they are not protecting their clients. I used to go there all the time but I will not be going there anymore due to the uncleanliness.
