i went to get a silk press it was not how a silk press was suppose to be it wasnt as soft and silky like it was suppose to be , she doesnt do a good job when it comes to being a hair stylist because when i looked online at the photos the braids and other hairstyles she did werent done right , i wasted $125 on a hairstyle that wasnt even worth it .

I wanted to do something for my birthday for once and wanted to be beautiful and take myself out to dinner. So I thought to get my hair done. My appointment was at 1pm but I was asked to come at 11am so of course I did. I mentioned that I was supposed to get lashes but couldn’t and was told she could do them which was perfect, she knew I was celebrating my birthday and intended to treat myself to a dinner after also, I respected her business so when other people came and went I thought it was bc I added more services. I even paid 120 over my initial price for the lashes (and brows) however when I finally could get my hair done at 7pm she was too tired to complete the rest. Paid 280 for crochet hair, buying the hair itself and spent my entire day hoping to celebrate and treat myself but no. I left so disrespected, like an afterthought especially since I respected the business as much as I did.

Felt very rushed and no care taken to see what she was doing on the phone most the time . If it took less than an hr to retwist my thick hair there’s an issue. Didn’t dry afterwards told me to air dry it. Very poor service,if you can’t get someone’s hair done good,you tell the person,you don’t do anything u like and still collect the money,she gave me appointment for 11,I got there at exactly the time,met someone there and she was still sounding rude to me even while she was at fault,I waited and eventually did my cornrow but she did rubbish on my hair.i gave her the $40 bcus I don’t want to create a scene like she did with the lady I met there with her daughter,else I wouldn’t have paid her and still let the police who came there involve in it,but as a good christian,I ignored all she did and still give her.

I went here with my mother it took us 40 minutes to find the place and she sent us the wrung address at first i went to get a diva cut layering I asked for not a lot to get taken off she took so much of my hair off she left the top really short and the place was first with no products to use on my hair and totally butchered my hair please don’t come to this place i had the worst experience of my life here I cried 10 times and had a panic attack my hair was that bad
