Positive: Professionalism, QualityBindu and the ladies at this shop were so sweet & polite. When I arrived I was immediately advised that someone was finishing up and would start on me shortly. I did not wait long at all. Eventually, I had 2 braiders and was out of there in no time. This was refreshing because the last braid shop I went to took 10hrs for small individual long braids. Bindu and the ladies at this shop were so sweet & polite. When I arrived I was immediately advised that someone was finishing up and would start on me shortly. I did not wait long at all. Eventually, I had 2 braiders and was out of there in no time. This was refreshing because the last braid shop I went to took 10hrs for small individual long braids. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI was told to come at 9:30 in the morning and Bindu did not start doing my braids until 11am or so. She was preoccupied with handling other business and during my session I asked her to add extensions to my hair (which I did not mention before and I anticipated a longer wait time since I sprung that on her, so I understood the frustration) it took 7 hours to do and I was not told what my total would he until she was well into doing my hair. Not to mention I showed her a photo of what I wanted done and ended up with getting mini box braids instead of larger ones, so I didn’t even get what I asked for. I was told to come at 9:30 in the morning and Bindu did not start doing my braids until 11am or so.
