Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueTook my 10 year old daughter who just came from getting her hair cut. Things didn’t exactly go how she wanted them at the first place and was upset how it turned out and got emotional. So I did what every mom would do…. Find a way to fix her confidence. I called Big Fish in the afternoon and begged to see if Jennifer (owner) could maybe salvage what was left of her hair. Not only did she work a miracle on her hair and made art out of it, she also gave my daughter back all her confidence to face her friends at school the next day! She stayed late in her shop passed business hours and never once complained. She even offered to throw in a little extra fun and had her pick out a color wax for no extra charge. It was small fraction of the cost I spent on the first cut and so much more worth it. We will be going to Big Fish from now on for her short trendy haircuts and excellent customer service. This place is seriously every kids dream. Whatever crazy new style your looking for I guarantee to can do it!She cut, straight shaved her neck and added a few fun hard parts on one side. Took my 10 year old daughter who just came from getting her hair cut. Things didn’t exactly go how she wanted them at the first place and was upset how it turned out and got emotional. So I did what every mom would do…. Find a way to fix her confidence. I called Big Fish in the afternoon and begged to see if Jennifer (owner) could maybe salvage what was left of her hair. My oldest son is special needs and isn’t the easiest person to cut hair for, but Jennifer is AMAZING with him and does a great job everytime I take him in!! Brought my super duper picky son in for a haircut, we left our expectations at the door as a good haircut in this area is hard to come by. Well lucky for me I didn’t hear a single word about his hair on the drive home (thats a great thing) he is super happy with it and Big Fish is now his place. Thanks lady for making my life that much easier by not having to listen to a hormonal 16 year old whine about a terrible haircut! You killed it!♡♡♡ this place.
