Wow! What can I say? Our experience at BBB at the Magic Kingdom was by far my favorite part of the entire trip. We went with a Deluxe Princess Package and it was worth every penny. Belle certainly knew how to create the perfect magical makeover. She was amazing with my daughter, who really doesn’t love having her hair styled (at least by me). Belle went above and beyond to create the best experience for my daughter and I will cherish this memory for the rest of my life. Thank you so much for making our trip special!

This really was a one of a kind experience. I was a little sticker shocked at the price, but once I saw how excited she was it was just worth it. I knew this would be the only Disney trip where my almost 6 year old would meet the under 12 age cap, and it really will be a core memory for her. Everyone was extremely helpful, the people taking pictures was a great touch, the experience was very well thought out, and my daughter was beyond excited when she was able to get ready in the castle, it really made her entire trip. And the employees were so friendly!

I can’t say enough things about Vanessa and our experience with all of the staff at the boutique. It’s pricey, but to have your daughter treated like a princess for an hour and a half was well worth it. It was chaos when we first went in, but it ended up being organized chaos. She picked her princess – you get a crown and wand too, as well as accessories and to choose the hair style (Jasmine, colored hair extensions with a high pony and flower headband was her choice). The fitting room experience was adorable and the way they check for hair critters is brilliant Vanessa did amazing with my shy girl when it came to hair, makeup (it’s minimal) and glitter nails, doing it all herself when others had helpers. She even topped both my daughter and our friend with pixie dust (DON’T call it glitter or you’ll be reminded that ONLY pixie dust exists at WDW ♂️) so they sparkled for days (literally, took days to come out, haha). I evened mentioned to mgmt how wonderful Vanessa and the staff agreed that she was one of their best. They also take pics the entire time during the process which was much easier then trying to get them yourself! Honestly, my daughter isn’t really a the most girly, but she loved the experience as did I!

I just brought my daughter there on New Year’s Day and she absolutely loved it. It is costly but for me it is a once in a lifetime thing especially when they are young and believe in the magic of Disney. I especially liked how every worker there acknowledged her as a princess, kudos to whomever thought of that. Even the bus drivers that drive you to the hotel properties were greeting her as a princess. The only thing that was disappointing is the hair clip that they put in the back of her hair broke when I was taking it out and the only place you can get one at is the boutique. Of course we had to catch a plane the next day so there was no chance of going back and seeing if they would replace it. I am going to try and reach out to someone there and see what they can do because out of all the things we got from there that is the one she would wear often. Thank you for the great memories. And for anyone considering it, the smile on their face the entire time is worth it.

I took my son and asked for the deluxe knight package. They were out of the sword, shield, and outfit for his size and he is 7 so right in the middle of the ages they serve and it was early in the day and i had an appointment. They said I had to get the regular knight package which just comes with a thin shirt and another sword and shield. They didn’t give him the bag or necklace that the girls get. Also we waited for a full hour past our appointment time sitting on the floor because they were out of waiting chairs and told me if I waited outside they would give away his spot. It was a very boring wait for a very huge let down. They also didn’t do the big announcement of his name and title like they do for the girls. I tried to keep him hyped and so did his hairstylist but really they did the bare minimum for him even though it was THEIR fault he didn’t get the deluxe package and I offered to still pay the deluxe price.

The experience at the Bibbidi Bibbidi Boutique was expensive, but after seeing the service and care that went into the experience along with making my 5 year old look and feel like a princess was priceless. Shout-out to Jayde and Shannon. You two ladies were fantastic. Keep the magic alive!

Such a fun experience!!! The children LOVED it!!! The fairy god mothers were perfectly on point, they were so sweet and loving! The children really get like they were actual princes and princesses!! Our youngest girl isn’t super girly girl, after she saw everyone else gettin all dolled up in character she wanted to do it too! They were so accommodation, they squeeze her in without a blink of an eye, they did t want her to be left out!! I highly recommend!! It’s best to schedule an appointment, the entire place felt very clean!

The people doing the hair were extremely rude they were all talking about my daughter saying she had lice and was checking her hair in front of everyone for lice. And on top of everything they called a walk up ahead of us when we had a reservation. I will never do this again or wouldnt refer them to anyone.
