I was there towards the end of last year to get my hair lightened for the first time and had the worst experience ever. I have been coming to this salon for many years and never have I experienced such unprofessionalism and poor service. I got my hair done by Eleni and was extremely disappointed with the results. I wanted my highlights to be light blonde and she said it was not possible to go that light. She did such little work with bleach on my hair and cut my layers crooked on top of it. You couldn’t see anything on the back of my head. Not to mention how aggressive she was when she was applying the bleach on my hair, she was basically slapping my head. When she washed my hair, my face and mask got soaked and I had to throw it away. I felt unwelcome as well. After I went home, I realized just how bad it was. I contacted her to get it re-done because I felt that paying $200 for that was not worth it at all. Unexpectedly, my grandpa had passed away so I had to cancel the new appointment. She proceeded to tell me I had to pay full price again to get my hair re-done on a new date. I contacted the salon to try and do something about this because it was unfair. She was completely fed up and blocked me on Instagram without trying to resolve anything. I am not sure if this was the case, but I felt as though I was being discriminated against because I am a person of color. Luckily, I was able to get it re-done exactly how I wanted at another location after much, much struggling. I would never in a million years recommend anyone to get their hair done by her. Save your time and money.

I have been coming to Bianchis for a couple years now and I always leave beyond amazed by how great Eleni is! The best hair stylist I have ever had & even a better person. Truly one of a kind. I started seeing her after she completely transformed my hair. She color corrected my hair & my hair has never been the same since. It’s so much healthier and the color is beyond beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about her work & her as a person.

I have been going to Stacy and Eleni for as long as I’ve been alive and they always nail what I want for my hair. My mom and I both have very thick hair and we have always trusted the two of them with it. Eleni always knows exactly what I want and does it with flying colors. The staff at Bianchi’s has never been rude to me and has always been welcoming, honest and encouraging. I have gone to Stacy for hair cuts all my life and before that I went to her mentor (who also worked at Bianchi’s). Eleni has toned and balayaged my hair a handful of times now and has never done a mediocre job, she always goes above and beyond.The two of them are very understanding of what I want out of my hair and have been open to questions and product suggestions when needed. I’ve never had my hair done anywhere else! Seriously the best people!

I show her a picture and she gives me realistic expectations on how to achieve and maintain it.Shes definitely a true artist and very knowledgeable.
