Horrible service. I’ve given this place 3 chances now and each I’ve had to walk out of after an hour and a half wait. First two I had made appointments for 4:30 and after still waiting I left at 6, with my half hour drive home, i finally got a call that they are ready for me…. Seeing how walk-ins were getting called up before me and my appointment time, I decided to do a walk in and still i waited 1.5 hours till I left. Let’s not include how rude the receptionist was while I was waiting to speak to her. Her cell was more important than a client’s question. I checked the sign-in sheet and everyone AFTER my name had already been marked off and called back. This place has no respect for their clients time UNLESS you have a relationship with them.

I would give this a 0 if a could. Worst experience ever!! I went with my mom and both wanted just regular pedicures. They took us to our chairs and the lady starts saying that if we want to pick colors different than white or black we have to buy the actual nail polish for $3. I explained that I didn’t want that I just want a regular pedicure with regular nail polish and she no no. So be aware you cannot just get a regular pedicure you have to buy the color. Like?? Why.?? I don’t want to buy the nail polish that’s why I go get my nails done is to not do then at home. The lady was sooooo rude she was basically screaming a us in her native language. Overall very bad. We walked out and went somewhere else

Every time I come here the wait is insane. When I make an appointment they don’t keep it. When you walk in they tell you a 20 minute wait. An hour later I still haven’t been seated. I’ve also had pedicures here before where they have cut my foot trying to get a callus off and I’ve actually been felt up here by a man giving me a pedicure here before when I was a teenager and much too shy and embarrassed to tell him to stop or say anything. Shame on me for coming back. The only alternative near my home has mice so I guess it’s slim pickings for getting a pedicure on the south side of south bend.

Fantastic service every single time. I feel like a VIP every single time and all staff I’ve interacted with are fabulous humans. Hong (manicurist and proprietor) will tackle any crazy idea I have when it comes to nail design. He has an enjoyable personality. Sessions with him are a blend of hitting the spa with your bestie and trip to the therapist while you’re being pampered. Quality of work is the best I’ve ever seen (I’ve been getting acrylics since about 2012 so have tried quite a few manicurists). I’ve thrown some crazy designs at him and he’s delivered EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. (If you have ADHD or have a thing for textures, ask for a textured bubble topcoat). I’ve NEVER had lifting and Hong makes sure that the nails match lengths.

Usually very busy. I suggest finding a tech that meets your expectations and schedule your appointments. I always have my next appointment made in advance. I am a regular. I go every two weeks for a fill-in and pedicure. My tech is wonderful and does a great job. My nails always look great! Amazing designs and my latest obsession is cat’s eye gel polish.
