This place is no joke! The lady who does the massage may not speak the best English, but she is very good at relaxing sore muscles. After a month of heavy lifting, and obviously waiting too long, she was always able to work out every knot in an hour massage. The first time I saw her, I was I’ll afterwards because she is so effective at working the lactic acid out of the muscles. I’ve since learned how important proper hydration is prior to such a legit massage. I would recommend this place to anyone experiencing any degree of muscle soreness
