I had a terrible experience in that place, in the consultation they charged me $250 and later when I went to pay they doubled the price to $450, and they told me that for everything they had done to me it was $650. The stylist who treated me had me for 6 hours and she was upset and she did things in a very bad way in how she applied the products to me in a rough way and making a face. she did not give me good customer service. I asked for a cut and brushed balayage and I didn’t get to brush it, the cut did me wrong, I didn’t see any change, it didn’t do anything I asked. She made me some mini highlights that by the way you can’t even see. the cut is uneven. the highlights that they did to me must be seen with a magnifying glass. I came home with wet hair, I didn’t see the difference, it’s the first time I go to a hairdresser and I leave upset and disappointed. Zero professionalism from that stylist. I prefer to omit her name so as not to affect her work, but they do want the owners to know about the poor customer service and everything I had to go through. They told me they were going to replace my hair because it was mistreated and I didn’t like anything they did to me. It seems that they have not done anything to me. I thought they were professionals in that place. They haven’t contacted me to apologize, so that’s why I’m leaving this review. Expensive and they did absolutely nothing to let me down. I expected better from this salon. this experience was terrible. All I want is for them to vindicate me and fix my terrible hair that they left me and do a good job for me and give me a good professional stylist and give me good customer service. to leave that hairdresser happy and not angry, sad and disappointed like when I went for the last time and had that bad experience.

Besame hair salon is the best in the area! Erin has done an amazing job. My hair went through some trauma and she’s been able to get it back to blonde and HEALTHY!
