They tell you the wait time is 20-30 minutes, when they know that it will be longer. When I was there they told me the wait time was “about 30 minutes” but I ended up waiting closer to an hour. They should just be honest from the beginning.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityMy daughter went for highlights and and color. The owner (Bertha) was the one doing her hair and she burn her hair! It was actually falling off. Not only that but she left like an inch and half from the top with out color and big spots of yellow hair instead of blond. Her hair felt like rubber to the touch were it was burn! You would think that she would know what she was doing since SUPPOSABLY she is a professional. I do not recommend going there for hair coloring especially having it done with Bertha herself.My daughter went for highlights and and color. I’ve been bringing my son here since he was 2yrs old he is now 9yrs old….but my son is no ordinary boy he is a childhood cancer survivor and is autistic…. So he has gone threw so many challenges and cutting his hair was one of them he would freak out but bertha has done such an amazing job that know my son sits and let’s her cut his hair as in before I would have to sit wit him and hold him down and hold his head it was always challenging before to cut his hair but not any more….. Thank you Bertha for always being patient wit my ROMEO you are a blessing ♥️ #TeamRomeo
